Java / J2EE Developer

Prerequisites:
  • Candidate must have authorization to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship.
  • Candidate must have ability to effectively communicate in English (written and verbal)
  • Minimum 4 year degree, masters preferred
Candidate must have at least 2+​ years of experience, but not to exceed 10 years experience with the following:
  • General Information technology experience in a business environment
  • Heavy Core Java / J2EE experience
  • Web development experience with one or more of the following technologies (.​Net, Java/​J2EE, HTML, CSS, XML or PHP5)
Other skills:
  • Experience with OpenESB would be a plus
  • Subdivide a complex application, during the design phase, into smaller, more manageable pieces
  • Grasp the functions of all components within the application
  • Understand the interactions and dependencies among components
  • Ability to document/diagram complex architectural/design topics for other team members to grasp
  • Potentially oversee team member development and assess quality of deliverables

Sales Manager

We are looking for someone with at least 4 years experience with IT sales in the Springfield, IL area. Must be able to work independently and self motivate. Looking for individuals with high energy and the ability to sell a wide variety of IT solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns
  • Keep clients up to date with the latest services available
  • Cold call on the phone and in person around the greater Springfield area
